During high school, I ran track (sprints and throwing), played soccer, volleyball and basketball. When I got into college I found rugby and have dedicated a lot of time and energy into being the best rugger I could. In February 2011, I tore my ACL however, and got the surgery in June. Since then, I've been rehabbing and building strength back. That's what brought me to CrossFit Intensify. January 2nd, 2012 I did my first WOD and have fallen madly in love with CrossFit. Although I'm just beginning, I'm having a lot of fun and hope to keep progressing!
