I am from South Louisiana and found Crossfit shortly after the birth of my little girl. From the first day, I was hooked. Now I have two two little girls. I'm trying to work my way back into competitive Crossfit and having an blast doing it. I love introducing people to this amazing uplifting sport as well as meeting someone of the most, inspirational people. Crossfit is not a workout and its a way of life.
