Owner of Kahala Crossfit Kupa'a and former partner of CrossFit Waikiki. I was raised on Kaua’i, grew up with a passion of fishing, surfing, skateboarding, and hunting chicken in the valleys of Kalaheo. I served in the United States Marine Corps during Desert Storm. After traveling the world I came back to the islands and have been in the health industry for 20 yrs. My goals are to help people in multiple aspects in life. Our Logo shares our heart which is to preserve our land, water, and Hawaiian culture. I currently holds a CFL1 Certification, Mobility Certification, Rocktape Mobility Certification, National College of Personal Training Certification, CrossFit Kids Certification and recently joining Moana Nui, a hui of Lomi practitioners. My aspiration in life is to build a legacy for my ohana by developing programs for at risk you children. Interests: Love helping people, love my Ohana, CrossFit and their direction.
