I have been doing CrossFit since 2011 and this will by my fifth Open competition. I competed at regionals in 2013, 2014 and 2015, with a best finish of 4th in 2014. My sports background is basketball, swimming, and being a gym rat! I am coached by Aaron Evans, founder of Provinggroundsdga.com competition programming.
