I'm a wife and mom to 3 amazing boys! I compete because Jesus and CrossFit make me feel alive. I want to show my boys how to live a healthy life and to never give up on their goals, that they can accomplish anything if they will work hard. I want normal people all over the world to realize they can do extraordinary things, CrossFit has given me the courage to take some bold courageous steps. And well it's just fun!
