Ruptured/protruded L5/S1 3 times. The last time I thought I wouldn't be working out again. Started Crossfit around June/July 2013 and learned better lifting, streching, and a better feeling when working out. Body feels better than ever before. Cautious when I lift, but still pushing myself to be better.
