I'm a husband, father, swim coach. Signed up after asking my athletes to start CrossFit to supplement their swim training. I figured the old fat swim coach should lead by example. So, showed up too. Five years and over 50 lost lbs later, I'm still at it. I train every day as do my two daughters and wife. It's changed our family dynamic, our activities, brought us a bonding activity, and changed our health and quality of life. I am competing to drive my girls and the athletes I coach to strive for excellence no matter age or ability level.
