Just started Xfit January 2024 to work on a Sciatica issue from a back injury. Goal 1 get stronger, Goal 2 mitigate the pain caused by the back injury without shots or surgery. It seems to be working. Goal 3 get more strongrer and increase my cardio again. In the past, before hurting my back, I didn't have a problem pushing myself w/o a CAL, but now I need to have some help. Thanks Cal
