Connie and I have been married for 40 years. We have three grown children, all married, and we have 8 grandchildren. I have served as a pastor for 38 years, all in one congregation. I have spent about a month each of the last ten years in India working with pastors. I have been doing crossfit for the past 7+ years. I was the first member of our gym. My first competition was in Aromas in the scaled division in 2009. I competed in the finals of the 2011 CrossFit Games and finished 18th in the 55+ masters group. In 2013 I finished 13th at the finals in the 60+.
