Brenda Dankert
I have been a Fire/Medic for 14 years. I have also been an RN for 28 years. I deploy from time to time to disaster with NDMS. Despite my crazy busy schedule, I still find the time to exercise. I am VERY grateful for my crossfit family. I joined them after L5-S1 herniated disc surgery in 2012. They inspired and encouraged me in ways I can not explain to anyone who is not a cross fitter. They sponsored me going to the World Police and Fire Games, when I qualified in 2017. I have an amazing gym! Crossfit GI. I love working out in the gym with my 4 children: John 25, Sarah 20, Luke 18, and Hannah 16. I am a proud member of the Lion's Den for the Scott Firefighter Combat Challenge.
