Generally I 've been a Mountain biker, runner and hiker. Started doing yoga a couple of years ago. A friend told me about this in spring 2013, did the Intro course and went back to running and biking for the summer. Another friend told me about it this fall again, thought I'd give it a shot instead of just brushing off the cobwebs in spring again. One of the best things 've ever done for myself!
