Born and raised in Southern Illinois. Upon graduation from HS, I joined the Marine Corp. Semper Fi to all my brothers and sisters... Oooh Rah!! Moved to San Antonio Tx. in 1995 where I still call home. I am married with 2 kids, 24 yr old step daughter and 15 yr old son. I am a firefighter in the city of Schertz Tx, just outside San Antonio. Started Crossfit in 2013 when I realized that I needed to be in better shape in order to serve my community and continue with my job as a firefighter. I have been hooked on Crossfit and all of its benefits from the start. I am a sports fan, mostly baseball and basketball. Still love my St. Louis Cardinals and the San Antonio Spurs. I love my God, my country, my family, and my job. I believe in the principles of Honor, Dignity, Work Ethic, Honesty, and Hard Work. I love to compete, and I enjoy being the underdog.
