From Blaenau ffestiniog in North Wales, my first language is Welsh, lived in Aberystwyth after moving from Blaenau ffestiniog, was part of Crossfit Aberystwyth for years, where I began crossfit. and then moved to crossfit Aylesbury. Done a few sanctional events individually where my best finish was 7th in the Italian showdown and 26th in Strength in depth 2 years running. Been to the CrossFit Games in 2021 as part of a team with CrossFit Aylesbury. 8th fittest man in the UK 2022.
