I started working out consistently in 2017 at 9rounds (cardio kickboxing) and joined CrossFit in 04/2022. I have loved crossfit since I stepped through the door. My only regret is, I didn’t join sooner. I am progressing fairly quickly due to my HIiT training background and because I had some strength from lifting at planet fitness. I am so happy I found this community and experience. My hobbies include hiking with my dog and kayaking.
