I started crossfit in May of 2010. I've been an avid globo gym attendee for that past 15 years. I'm also a ""now" inactive triathlete due to my focus on Crossfit but I did compete in many triathlons including a half ironman. I found Crossfit through a friend of mine and was instantly hooked. Since May I've competed in several local Crossfit competitions and love it. It has brought that competitive fire back and gives me something to train hard for. It has been a life changer and saver. My wife and I have been attending together and it actually has brought us closer as it has created something that we both share and love. The workouts, the community, the competitions keep us motiviated to stay in the fittest shape of our lives.
