Proud father of three boys and husband to a great wife (Becky) and my biggest fan. Started CrossFit to loose about 40 lbs. 5 1/2 years ago. My son Dylan is 19 and plays baseball at Navarro Junior College. Grayson is 20 and plays College Baseball at Rice University and Connor is 24 years old and works with me building houses. I opened CrossFit Heath over 5 years ago and we have the greatest community of people on the planet. I love the community we have grown into and hope to continue devoloping quality CrossFitters.. It is my passion.....
