I am a physical therapist, a PT business owner and a mobility teacher at Sandia CrossFit in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I have played sports competitively my entire life including Division I women's soccer in college, earning All-American Honors and playing in 3 Final Four tournaments including the National Championship game in 1989. Upon coming to the difficult decision to stop playing soccer about 5 years ago, I started doing CrossFit which satisfied my need to workout hard and be competitive. In addition, participating in CrossFit has given me the opportunity to learn and master new athletic skills, something I truly enjoy!
