Traci Johnson

Originally from Minnesota, now living in Chicago. I’m an astrophysicist turned data scientist. I fell for CrossFit in 2022 after getting a 30 min L1 crash course from a CF coach. I’m more of a mathlete than an athlete and proudly scale every workout. I love learning about fitness and how I can use it as a buffer against illness and increase my longevity. Newly sober and enjoying the extra time I can spend in the gym because of it. When not in the gym, I enjoy playing video games, listening to podcasts, and reading. I’m also a bit of a cat whisperer.
