Started in Crossfit in 2017, a sudden break in 2019 (due to a certain pandemic) kept me from being in the sport for almost 3 years. It’s 2022 and I am coming back to my home box C1Crossfit just when the Open is about to start, the first Open I will participate. With a great mindset and motivation but not in the best shape, I am ready to give everything I have on the workouts. Let’s do this!
