I'm a girl with a dream! Crossfit is helping me achieve my dream. I was introduced to Crossfit last year by CLIFF DAVIDSON, whose genius programming and coaching have helped me reach goals I only dreamed of in both swimming and Crossfit. I set out on my Crossfit journey to be part of a team with Urban Warfit Crossfit. I find myself in a position to compete individually, and I attribute this to the stellar coaching by Cliff. This is a great learning experience for me during Olympic year. I can't wait for next year!
