After not training for 5 months I thought The Open could be a great re-starting point!! As I'm often multitasking, juggling mommyhood (2 little ones -5 and 3 y.o- & 3 fur-babies), all the trillion things that keeping a home requests and a full time job on CrossFit AC3D, my expectations this year are low -in regards of results- but high on reconquering motivation to find some time for myself and work this body out!
