I was born and raised in Grand County, Colorado. I enjoy most of the typical Colorado activities, such as skiing, hiking, and biking. Growing up I have participated in a lot of sports, but I wasn't until I started doing Crossfit that I became actually competitive. It has improved almost every aspect of my life, and I feel much more confident doing things outside of the gym.
