Blessed to be the leader of an amazing community at CrossFit La Crosse. Coming into the 2018 Open, I have been Vegan for 45 days...and I have not eaten a mammal in about 6 months. I am really happy with these lifestyle changes overall, but It will be very interesting to see how things go!
