2021/ I compete to stay strong and healthy, mentally and physically. I'm competing as a 52 yr old this year, and started CrossFit when I was 43. I love the community that CrossFit brings to our lives. I love to learn the Olympic lifts, and having great coaches who genuinely care about you and your fitness. My son who is 13 has been doing CrossFit with my husband and I since he was 4 1/2. At 45 I completed a half Ironman & at 50 completed a full Ironman. It’s all about grit, heart, and hard work. Staying active keeps life in perspective. I thank God for our health.
