Been doing CrossFit for 7 years, but been really serious about it the last three. After a 90 day paleo lifestyle change I've seen massive improvements in not only my physical appearance but my overall athletic abilities. Time to continue the clean eats and attempt to make regionals in the next couple years. 2014 is my year of fitness :) \m/
