CrossFit has been a game changer in my life, just a few years ago I used to weigh 250lbs and wasn't active nor ate well. I got tired of being out of shape so young and not being able to do the things I used to and feel good about myself, so I did what I needed to at the time and started to control my eating to start the weight loss process. I lost 100lbs all together just from changing my food habits and eating less than I needed. Just a short while ago I met a few people that helped to encourage the physical fitness and introduce many new things. Realizing how much I wanted to workout because I actually liked it, I found a new home and an amazing habit... CrossFit! To this day I workout 5-6 days a week and continue to improve by gaining muscle and still learning. This is my story and I am making each chapter in life count!!
