I'm a 47 year old grandmother of one beautiful girl. I started CrossFit 8 years ago and I'm looking forward to competing in the games this year. I love working out at Stand Firm CrossFit and everyone there has become like family. I have a son that has started CrossFit and I really enjoy having him there with me. My husband is also there so it’s a family affair. I am so thankful for Cal and Tami and all the time they have put into Stand firm to make it what it is today!!
