One year ago I thought that I was fit for sports because I went jogging and cycling regularly. Until the day I took part in a Crossfit WOD for the first time. There I was taught a better lesson :) After the first WOD, I had such a muscle ache that I thought "you never went there again". But then I overcame my "vanquish the inner temptation" and since then I've been a part of it. And I am happy that I decided for Crossfit, because I am physically and mentally better than ever before.
