Travis Anderson
I grew up on a farm near the small town of Newman Grove, Nebraska. I was a state champion wrestler, QB of the football team, pole vaulter and hurdler in Track & Field, while also playing baseball during the summertime. I moved to Florida in 2013 and found CrossFit in the fall of 2018 with a push from my wife who was already doing CrossFit. My first open competition was 2019. I love my home box, CrossFit Cocoa Beach, because of the excellent instruction from coaches and the support from the awesome community there!!! My nicknames giving to me at my box are TSwift and/or SharkFit! I also coach High School Football at Cocoa Beach Jr/Sr High and work as a medical professional in cardiac surgery as a perfusionist. I’m an avid saltwater fisherman as well.
