CrossFit Oakland has been my CrossFit box since 2009 and couldn't have found a better place and program to stay physically fit for my job. I have been a firefighter for over 20 years and teach physical fitness for the Santa Rosa Junior College Fire Academy. I also love to climb and cut trees on my days off and spend time in the outdoors with my wife and three daughters.
