I have a degree in Marketing and Advertising from MSU as well as the CrossFit Endurance Certification, the CrossFit Level 1 Certification, The CrossFit Kids Certification, and I am getting the Mobility Certification this month. I am an avid runner and race often. I lead CFE groups at CrossFit that help runners of all levels get excited about running, as well as teach CrossFit rowing classes. Plus, I teach Cross-Fit Kids and hold a special place in my heart for helping kids develop positive self-esteem and to be strong little athletes. I have two awesome boys, Ethan 15, and Christian, 12.
