My name is Mike Worth, and I'm a professional composer for film and television. I spend a lot of time in my studio, by myself, working in a chair. I love getting out several times a week and meeting friends, getting in shape, and tackling challenges every week. The open? Well, it's fun to go and do a big group Friday session where we all "leave it on the court", try our best, cheer each other on, and then go celebrate our hard work. It's just a fun experience!
