I've switched up my training to better fit my career (stunts/stunt doubling). I've had to take it easy on the heavier days not because I think I look bigger but because the actresses I double need to do more Crossfit so I can fit into their wardrobe. I'll never give up crossfit - but just not living the 100% crossfit all the time life I used to. I run a lot and do yoga now to help me look a little more like those skinny ladies... Crossfit will always be the root of my training...
