I'm an athlete who got hooked on the Theory of Fitness and Health as presented by Greg Glassman. I took up the lifestyle espoused by the CrossFit community and have found a family and a tribe that supports and reinforces the habits and attitudes I believe to be essential to maintaining a happy, healthy, and virtuous life. I hope that striving to give back to this tribe as much as I have taken will keep me motivated and involved for many years to come. Participating in "CrossFit the Sport" is the natural extension and expression of these beliefs and practices to an inter-tribe venue.
