I'm Trevor - a dad, a coach (business not CrossFit), a lover of watersports, Formula 1 motor racing and being outdoors as much as possible. I love to laugh (a lot) and often need a kick in the pants to get things done. I am absolutely rubbish at kitesurfing, golf and playing the drums, but I keep cracking on regardless. I was rubbish at CrossFit as well, but notice that I get less rubbish as the months pass by – this will be my third CrossFit Games.
