Hi, my name is Kyle. I like competing mostly for the fun of it but I still have the competitive spirit to attempt to do better than the next person. I love how crossfit encourages competition but at the same time you are pulling for the athlete next to you as well. The workouts are always something interesting and different, which is what I enjoy.
