Did my first WOD in 2012 and I have enjoyed every aspect of this wonderful sport since. I love the physical challenge and the fact that you forget about everything else while you are working out. Although I live in Puerto Rico, I travel regularly to Miami and my affiliate for the last 6 years has been a great place with an incredible owner....PEAK 360. I’ve had quite a few injuries throughout the years, as happens in every sport, but I’ve worked through them and come back every time. Three years ago I was diagnosed with cancer and I thought that would be the end of my Crossfit. Not so! With lots of love, help and support from the best family in the world, I’m back and hoping to continue improving and watching this sport continue to grow.
