Now, this is a story all about how / My life got flipped-turned upside down / And I'd like to take a minute / Just sit right there / I'll tell you how I became involved in CrossFit White Bear // In the East Twin Cities born and raised / In the library was where I spent most of my days / Chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool / And researchin' for a masters in the lab at school / When nothing was working and nothing was good / Because my thesis was on a topic no one understood / I needed a change, so I asked a friend that cared / She said 'You should try CrossFit, there's one in White Bear!' // I signed up for essentials and when I got there / E'ryone was dying and the trainer came near / I warmed up with burpees and squats with just air / And I thought 'This sucks, so this is CrossFit White Bear' // I stuck with it for 3 months, then 1 year, then 2 / And I got that damn pull up and learned all the lingo / Now I live at the box / And I thought I'd share / How my second home became CrossFit White Bear!
