I am Eric Sanchez. I am a father of two young children, 7 yr old son and 5 yr old daughter, a professional computer geek and a veteran. I started crossfit because my best friends brother who is a year older than I am passed away due to an aneurysm and he was very healthy. I am overweight, with some health issues, and I dont want to leave my children father-less! My goal is to get my life and my health back! I want to not only tell my kids to be healthy but to show my kids what healthy looks like!!! In this day and age, knowing that I will not be able to retire until Im in my 70s... I will need to be healthier than I am now otherwise I cant support my children through college!
