I am a former State Trooper and now a PGA Teaching Professional. I fell in love with CrossFit in the Police Academy and am recovering from an ACL reconstruction surgery in late 2015 after leaving MSP. I love competing, and CrossFit and the community helps to keep me accountable. It helps my health (physical and mental) and you meet some great people.
