I retired after 27 years in the Army. I am a 100% disabled combat veteran who was told at the VA Hospital that I would never run again and that I had to limit my activities due to my service connected injuries. At one point i weighed 282 pounds. CrossFit has saved my life. I am working out and improving every day. I have lost 85 pounds since April 2018 and I plan on losing 20 more. If I don't do CrossFit for more than a couple of days, I just don't feel right. I do CrossFit to live.
