Am a stay at home mom to 4 children and I really enjoy working out I have been doing some type of workouts since my teenager years. I started Cross fit a little over a year ago and just fell in love with it. I like the challenge it puts me through I feel that each workout makes you mentally stronger as well as physical. I think trying out for the open will be a big step for me and only build up confidence for me. So excited to try this.
