I'm a mother of four adult children, My youngest is twenty two. They, along with my husband, are my biggest fans. No matter how well Iv'e completed a WOD, or how disappointed I may be with my performance that day, they always have encouraging words to share. I want to do better for myself and them! I've always done some type of exercise to help stay active, but no real weight lifting. I joined Crossfit Freedom almost two years ago and I'm grateful for the friendship and support from everyone there. My coach Cathy is amazing! She seems to know just how to push me to the edge and then lends her hand to pull me back. At this point, I couldn't imagine not having Crossfit as part of my life.
