I started CrossFit at the end of September 2017 with a 6 week new you challenge. I never imagined I would enjoy it so much, but now I look forward to the challenge each WOD present and get excited to see my progress. I’ve learned to be patient with the process and not be so hard on myself. I’m doing things I never thought I could and the sense of personal pride i feel from it is incredible. I’m entering the open for the first time for the community aspect and to be able to see how much I will have grown and progressed in the 2019 open.
