My first attempt at the games and I'm looking forward to setting a baseline goal for next year. I've been doing CrossFit on and off for two years now. CrossFit has helped me get into shape, lose weight, tone my body and mentally push myself to achieve daily goals with my fitness. I AM in better shape now then when I was in my twenties and it feels great!
