I started crossfit the week of my 35th birthday in 2012 in hopes of losing weight. I had to scale every movement they taught me...including a sit up- I could barely do a crunch. I found a gym that felt like home and coaches that pushed me every single day. Through hard work every time my feet hit the gym floor and a changed diet, I am physically and mentally stronger and healthier. I am excited to be a part of the 2013 Crossfit Season by participating in the open!
