From a very early age i have enjoyed pushing my bodys boundairies, Games typicaly played outside as a kid were always turned into some sort of physical challenge. I wasent much of a sportsperson at school however i did enjoy exercise. I enjoyed training solo. I hit the gym in my late teens and became interested in personal training. In my mid twenties i decided to study and now Im a qulified personal trainer and crossfit coach. I have been personal training for 3 years now and coaching for 12 months.
