Hey there! I started crossfit in June 2017 and never looked back. I was obese the majority of my life and wasn't active at all. After losing weight, I decided that I wanted to be fit and active. If you would've told me 5 years ago that I would be doing crossfit, I would have laughed at you. Now I can't image not doing it. I love pushing myself in my workouts and seeing how strong and better I can get.
