Anna Johanson
II fell in love with Crossfit almost 10 years ago when Tim and I started a foundations class in Denver. Since then I finished my medical residency, had 2 kiddos, worked in various hospitals and clinics, all the while trying to get to Crossfit as much as possible. I love the community and the challenge of Crossfit, and the ways it has impacted my life and my families' life is immeasurable. The emphasis on health, strength and community keeps me wanting to get to the box whenever I can. I work as a rural mountain doc in Fraser, Colorado. Outside of medicine and Crossfit, I love spending time with my family Tim, Hawk and Blaze, as well as ART, traveling, and being in the mountains. For the 2024 Open I want to get out there, do my best, and let the momentum of the open Inspire me further in my Crossfit journey.
