I belong to a family of Crossfitters, both blood-related and "box" related. My spouse, daughters, sons-in-law, and grandson, all avid Crossfitters. But it is my grandson who inspires me the most. Ethan was born with rare, genetic syndrome called Mecp2duplication syndrome. Although developmentally delayed, non-verbal, and prone to seizures Crossfit Adrenaline is his favorite place to " hang out." A smile appears on Ethan's face as well as the members of CFA.
